You should use pure acetone. It's very easy to find and it's usually where the regular nail polish remover is kept.
honestly, it should come off with regular nail polish.
i do not know why it isn't, typically all nail polish is made from the same materials.
i'd go back to the salon, or wherever you got your nails done, and ask why this is happening.
